Hello and Welcome! The Montana Apartment House is located in the center of Pertisau - just above Lake Achensee in the Karwendel nature resort. This is ideal for walks and cross-country skiing in winter. The cross-country skiing tracks start just outside the house and the Karwendel-Romantik lifts can be reached within a 3-minutes walk.You can not only enjoy sports activities but also relax at our sauna area.Our modern and comfortablely furnished house has 6 apartments. All units boast a spacious living room with dining area and a fully-furnished kitchenette (E-stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, dishes), satellite TV, phone, room safe and a balcony.Guests have the possibility to enjoy the breakfast buffet at our ''''Moccalounge''''.
