Welcome!When staying with us you can sleep longer than others and still be the first to hit the slopes!Our apartment house is located in the heart of the Zillertal ski area, between the quaint ''''Kaltenbacher'''' mountain inn and the ''''Alpengasthof Zirbenstadl'''' guesthouse at Neuhütten ski lift. Enjoy truly great skiing holidays without lift lines and stress.Thanks to Kaltenberg´s location at an altitude of 1, 800m fantastic skiing conditions are guaranteed! There are plenty of fun activities for non-skiers including walking, sledding, snowball fights, .... From November to May our apartment house is only accessible via the Hochzillertal gondola. At your arrival we await you at the parking lot of the Bergbahn Hochzillertal lift and take you to the upper terminal.
