Welcome to the Theresia Guest House!Our family-run business is situated in a quiet and central location in ''''Europe's most beautiful flower village''''.In summer, our region is a marvellous hiking region: experience the truly unique mountain scenery, or relax on our sunbathing lawn with our small pool.In winter, there's a ski bus stop right in front of our house. The ski shuttle will take you to our beautiful skiing region in no time. There's also a practicing ski lift in immediate proximity to our house.On request, we will gladly organize a sleigh ride -- enjoy a romantic ride through the wintry scenery.Half board (three-course mutli-choice menu) is available at the Alphof Hotel just accross the street at EUR 12.50 for adults and EUR 6.50 for children.We would be happy to welcome you as our guests at the Theresia.Your hosts, Peter and Theresia Lederer.
