Aeros 1 Single Pot System Aeros 1 Single Pot System, Aeros is a Deep Water Culture (DWC) system that is also known as a bubbler system. These are very popular hydroponic systems that require very little growing media. However, it does require a lot of nutrient/water solution. The aeros are available in 1-plant or 2-plant options and also a 4-plant recirculating option. The plant is supported in a net pot filled with a growing media such as Clay Pebbles and the roots are submerged in a highly oxygenated nutrient/water solution. The aeros includes an air pump and submersible airstone(s) to provide a large amount of oxygen to the roots of the plant, which results in rapid growth. The bubbles produced by the airstone keep the nutrient/water solution constantly moving and oxygen-rich and so the roots stay healthy. It is important to monitor the EC and pH levels closely with this system in order to gain optimum results. This is easy to do by simply removing the inspection port cover and taking a pH/EC reading. Full instructions are supplied. The aeros IV includes 4 aeros modules and a separate nutrient solution master tank with a level indicator. The nutrient solution is recirculated around the whole system with a high-quality pump to ensure that each plant receives the correct amount of solution. The two twin outlet air pumps and a submersible airstone in each pot provide a large amount of oxygen to the roots of the plant resulting in rapid growth.
