Like beer? If so, Bristol is the city for you, and I’m the perfect local guide to show you around. I adore my city and our brilliant craft beer scene, and I can’t wait to share it with you on this walking tour. Along the way, you’ll learn about beer, how it’s made, and how the city’s beer scene has developed. You’ll pass a number of my favourite weekend hang-outs. There’s even a traditional English pub included among the brewery taprooms. If you plan on stopping for a couple of beers en route, be sure to take the tour between Thursday and Sunday. (See “best time of day” for more information). In between beer stops, you’ll: • Hear more about the taprooms, including a few local stories • Discover interesting tidbits about the city and its history • Learn a few memorable facts about beer that might just come in handy • Find out how to reach other great independent venues to visit on another occasion, or at the end of your tour The choice of where and how often you stop along the route is yours. The total amount of walking time is 60 minutes. The amount of drinking time is up to you! (Please drink responsibly). Please note the Best Times to start the tour. On Monday, most of the venues are closed.
