Install the required accessory onto the output shaft, and rotate counterclockwise to the locking position.. Press the machine head to lock it in place.. Turn the Speed knob to 0 position.. Plug in the power cord and turn on the Power Button.. Adjust the Speed Knob to the required speed to start mixing.. Once the dough meets the requirements, turn the Speed Knob back to 0 position to stop.. Press the machine head, turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body..
