Manufactured from 1.8mm Carbon Steel, an ideal material for woks as it can withstand very high temperatures making it suitable for use on gas, glass ceramic, halogen ceramic, induction, solid plate/fuel and hot plate. The wok is supplied with the natural wood handle attached. Handle stays cool in use. Can be used with all types of utensil including stainless steel Measures 51cm (20 iches) long, 30cm (12 inches) wide, 8cm (3 inches) deep. Available in non stick and a larger size. A matching lid is also sold separately.
